ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III with Lian Li 216 Case & Controller

Hello - sorry if this is a noob question, but can I utilize the ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III with my Lian Li 216 Case & Controller combo? I've been exploring this route because of all the issues I'm seeing on this sub about the Lian Li AiO systems. I'd like to do a row of 120 rgb fans on the bottom of the case as well, and thinking I should stick with arctic to be consistent? That being said, it has been 7+ years since I've built a PC, and I'm really confused about how exactly RGB and Fans work with the controllers, etc. My old build didn't have any RGB, and I remember I just daisy chained the case fans together. It sounds like, ideally, I should be able to control everything through "L Connect" - if anyone can point me towards appropriate reading material on these topics (or just spell it out more for me), I would be very grateful.
