pains

ive had my braces for 5 days and I'm struggling to talk still, not because of a lisp but because it physically hurts and my lips keep getting caught in coil plus ulcers. does anybody know how to help get rid of this quickly?

i have a bite plane in aswell so ive had to deal with speaking differently anyways, but i cant cope with this at all.
