Why does this game kinda look like shit?

As soon as I start this game it's like my PS5 switches from 4k to 720p. Even when I bring up the Pop-up menu with the home button everything looks more blurry than it normally does. I never saw someone bring that up but I can't be the only one right? No other game does this.
