O.TWO.O (a review)

Their products are just waaay overhyped in social media (specifically TikTok), but actually not that of high quality.

Mascara - I tried their famous mascara, and it leaves clumps of mascara circle residues and made my eyelashes look like Yzma’s. Its finish doesn’t look presentable at all if you’re opting for a clean classy elegant look, o.two.o’s mascara is only suitable if you’re looking to have a heavy/smokey/emo eye make-up. Overall, I still prefer the Maybelline Hypercurl Mascara because it leaves a natural-looking thick long lashes.

Foundation - Initially yes it’s full coverage but after a few hours, it will start getting cakey even with the use of primer/setting spray. Makes the skin’s pores look a lot visible.

Concealer - Consistency is too thick and easily dries up, making it hard to spread and blend especially around the under-eye area. Scent doesn’t smell good and gets cakey as well after a few hours.

Lashes - Does not look the same as the ones advertised in their shops. When I received o.two.o’s lashes, they are unnaturally too long and thick like that of a Horse’s eyelashes. It only suits if you’re opting for a “drag queen” look but not if you’re looking to have a natural/classy/elegant look.

White Eyeliner - Okay naman, the white pigment applies but not in a consistent texture. May part sa waterline mo na malalagyan, may part na hinde, and may part na magbubuo-buo. Kumakapit din ‘yung dark pigments ng mascara/eyeshadow sa tip ng mismong white eyliner tapos mahirap alisin. Medyo fragile din siya so it gets easily broken as well pag medyo mahaba mo nilabas ‘yung white eyeliner.

Overall I do not recommend and I would still opt for expensive but quality make-up brands. Felt like I wasted my money on their products. If beginner ka in make-ups or if you’re looking to experiment/practice with your looks, then maybe you can use this brand since it’s affordable naman to the general mass.
