Resources for reasoning puzzle?

I waste most of time in solving one reasoning puzzle (seating arrangement) in exam, how to prepare for seating arrangement puzzles? Even if i am able to solve the puzzled while practicing, i get confused during exam, was'nt able to clear cut off by few marks.
