Comfortability, Durability, Organization
I guess I'm looking for a good all around back pack. "One back pack to rule them all? I prefer not to have a bag that looks "tacticool" aka molle webbing. I know no such thing probably exists but would like something close to it. Looking for something with the following (40ish to 50ish liters, bigger is fine as long as I can pack it/sinch it down. Just want the option to stuff things I buy on the way if i am backpacking in other countries).
Durability: 500d cordura should be good or something similar (not familiar with other materials that are just as strong). Want the bag to last me a long time and not worry about getting holes when I'm hiking or on the trail and getting snagged. I'm also unlucky. I somehow manage to rip bags or damage them during trips like to Japan and other countries doing tourist things. -reliable zippers like YKK to prevent the bag from busting incase I pack it tightly.
Comfortability: Once or twice a month I go camping/hiking on trails 10 to 20 miles, on rare occasion sometimes longer. Want something to promote airflow in the back but comfortable. Hip straps please to distribute weight. Hip pockets are nice too.
Organization: i like multiple pockets i can unzip to get to my things on the inside like the GOruck GR2 or Kuiu Venture divide 3000, which also have zip organizers on the inside.
Current bags i own but 1 of the 3 things is missing for each one: GoRuck GR2 40L (love organization but wish it had hip straps and more back padding and breatheability) wish it had hip straps.
Evergoods Mountain Panel Loader 30L (love the look and organization but wearing it for long periods of time feels uncomfortable). Has hip straps but not as comfortable.
Cost at the moment isnt an issue for me. I am 5'10 190lbs. If that helps.
Bags I've looked at and considered: 1. Gregory Katmai & Zulu 2. Kuiu Venture Divide 3000.
