Ps4 can't access most of the menus, progress lost

I'm not able to access seasonal, legends, loadout, or the store. My level has stuck, and I can see some of my emblems when loading into a match, but I've lost all skins and character unlocks.

Anyone ever seen this or know how to fix it? I was linking it to my EA account to get ready to merge to my Steam account and move to PC, then this happened.
