Bentahan gone wrong. Ganito ba talaga mga buyers sa Facebook Marketplace??
I was selling a blue Nintendo DSi on Facebook Marketplace for PHP 2.5k (PHP 2.25k last price). The unit was modded with custom firmware and came with a few games like Phoenix Wright, Hotel Dusk, and Animal Crossing, plus 28.3 gigs of available storage.
May interested buyer sa Nintendo DSi ko. After answering his queries, I disclosed na may isang issue lang - yellowish yung screen. That's it. Wala na siyang ibang questions, and mukhang satisfied na siya. Ready na rin siyang magbook papunta sa location ko para i-pick up yung unit.
I made sure to keep him updated. Nag-send ako ng videos showing na working yung unit, pati na rin kung paano ko ito ni-pack. I even sent a picture nung binigay ko na yung unit sa rider. After that, he sent the payment na. Akala ko okay na, but boy, hindi pa pala tapos.
Suddenly, the buyer messaged me saying wala raw games. I was confused kaya nag-send ako ng video (yung same video na pinadala ko before ko pine-pack yung unit) to prove na may games talaga. Then binawi niya yung sinabi niya - instead, he complained na konti lang daw yung games. Doon na siya nagalit. According to him, dapat daw sinabi ko na konti lang yung games. Which I thought wasn't really an issue kasi una, modded naman yung unit so he can add whatever games he wants, and pangalawa, he never asked about it in the first place. If I were the buyer, I would've just downloaded the games on my own. Baka hindi lang siya marunong? Or baka hindi niya alam na modded? Though I clearly stated na CFW siya.
I'm trying to resolve this issue but he just rudely told me to shut up and left the conversation. Grabe naman.
Ganito ba talaga sa fb marketplace? This is my first time encountering this kind of buyer.
After this incident, I'm worried na baka i-post niya ako sa socmed or something. Have you encountered this type of buyer before? How do you handle situations like this kung saan ang buyer ang nagmumukhang tama kahit sila naman ang may pagkukulang?
Thank you!
