[SOTC] What should I add/remove from this collection?

What do you guys think I should do next? What would you add/remove?

I was thinking about getting rid of the Pagani Design. I got it as a gift but it rarely gets wrist time.

I was also considering adding a God tier Casio F-91W. I’m a med student and need a beater watch that can literally do anything.
