Varo Bank Deposit Delay

Anyone have problems with not getting their direct deposits yet? I usually get paid on Wednesdays around 5:00 and I still haven’t received anything yet. I reached out on their chat & the representative said they haven’t received it yet but I know my employer sent it. I’m starting to get worried because I’m a single mom of 3 & spent all I had for Christmas. I have no groceries or anything for them to eat for dinner tonight because I was hoping on my paycheck. It sucks this is happening especially when I know I’m not the only one in this position from Christmas.
