An interesting opportunity for the right camper(s)?

Hi, all! My parents purchased a small touring and camping park in 2017 along the west Wales coast and have renovated it to an impressive standard! I am currently staying with them to help them through this busy period.

As a park, we are keen to offer a form of prepared food and drinks to customers (outside of the necessities the on-site shop offers) as this has been really popular in the past with food trucks that have been onsite for events! We’d like to make this a full time perk of staying with us - maybe coffee and croissants in the mornings, toasted sandwiches for lunchtimes and varied evening options - anything that suits our beachy backdrop well and culinary flair and individuality is always welcome!

Onto the opportunity: we just know there is the perfect person or couple out there with both a campervan/caravanning passion and an existing food truck business - or the desire to start one - that would want to get away for the summer to make some money in a stunning location!

We’d love to offer the successful candidate(s) a free fully-serviced pitch for the season in exchange for some delicious on-site food options for our guests! The food truck itself has to be separate from your caravan/camper, mobile, and near-silent to align with our regulations. However, you will have a prime spot in the middle of the park with electric hook up and water points available. All electric on the park is metered but you would keep all of your profit - we’d just provide the sea views, a base and the customers! There will be a small fee to account for waste, water, etc. but we’ll set this beforehand with you! We’re fully licensed to sell food and alcohol but you will need your own licenses as we are seeking someone self-employed or a small limited company to work with us on this!
