Issues with Car-Net Remote Start

I purchased a 2021 atlas last thanksgiving and since then, the remote Start via the Car-Net app worked fine, however it stoped working about a month ago. The other functions work, like the door locking and the location option. Has anybody had a similar issue or have experience dealing with Car-Net trying to resolve app issues?
