Is Upwork dead for finding freelancers?
We are a company and regularly work with freelancers of Upwork. Verified payment, 7 projects, no negative reviews etc. Sometimes we find some good freelancers, sometime we have negative experience.
Posted yesterday a job and only 2 proposals. We usually receive around 30. The only difference is this time I haven't add any hourly or fix price rate because we are not sure how much will cost because we are not sure what the solution should be.
Should I add an hourly rate to get more proposals. It looks like a ghost town.
