Health Insurance for Visit Visa

Does anyone know where (what company) I can directly purchase a health insurance for my parents who are planning to do Umrah using their Tourist visa? They already have the visa so I’m looking for a way to purchase the Saudi health insurance separately.

Edit: The tourist visa was applied at the embassy in person and a health insurance is not included.
