Nationwide Flexplus Phone Insurance Experiences?

I've just sent my phone in (Honor Magic4 Pro) for a claim they accepted for a smashed screen. They have confirmed today via text and email that they've received my phone - now what? The reviews on Trustpilot are horrible, but I only googled them AFTER sending my phone off... Stupid, stupid, stupid. Does anyone have any recent experience with Assurant regarding a broken Android? It seems like the majority of reviews were Apple devices.
