I have planned a trip in October and searched for flights from 5th of Oct to 19th of Oct. Found one on their app with good price and decided to pay for the lock price option. After i paid, i realized immediately that i should have locked a price for 5th of Oct to 18th of Oct instead of 19th. So i immediately at the same moment called their customer support and explained the situation. I just wanted to change the dates and lock the price (even with a change i explained that i am oky if there is a change in price based on the date change).

The manager (Tannu) was completely unprofessional, didn’t accept to waive the lock fare to another date, and her only offered option is to complete the booking by paying the full amount of the ticket and then reschedule. I tried to tell her how can i book a ticket with wrong dates and after that there will be a penalty of date change which will cost me even more.

She said that it is as per the airline policies, i told her so you just want me to pay more money and then you will through the ball in the airline court.

I tried to ask for any kind of help as the change is not a huge one. She actually said bluntly “ No Ma’am what you did was a BIG MISTAKE”

I feel scammed to be honest they are the worst.
