Favorite "Body-Hijacking" in Media?

I have two examples to explain this, but I'm referring to those moments when the character inside the body is still fully consciously aware of what they're doing but have no means to stop it.

First is Jujutsu Kaisen when Sukuna, in Shibuya, kills what I can only guess is thousands if not tens of thousands of people in an instant with his Domain Expansion and Yuji is stuck inside watching the whole time. The mental breakdown Yuji has afterwards is wild

The second is just the entire premise of Get Out. The implication that the people who had the majority of their brain cut out and replaced with the old white bodysnatchers, but some part of them is still in there and freaks the fuck out when they see a flash? Horrifying

What about you guys? I have more examples but I didn't want to start a thread and post several, and it's such an interesting concept psychologically that I was wondering what else might be out there to explore.
