Favorite surprisingly realistic outcome?

Surprisingly realistic outcome mean something who is the most likely to occur in real life happening in a work which take the audience a bit aback since we're not used when something unexpectedly realistic occur in a fiction. It usually used either for a joke or for a surprising plot point (it can also be used badly of course).

For exemple, the party in FF7 Remake being completly exausted after climbing 59 floors by stairs, the shops in Undertale not buying your random items (except for Temmie) or Umbrella after RE3 ending up bankrupt.
