Obscure/not well know animated shows but who have an intro who slap?

I recently learned about Belphegor, a french/belgian/canadian animated show. There is only 26 episodes and is about the three main characters (a journalists couple and a commissioner) trying to stop the threat of the supervillain Belphegor who has a new plan every episodes. It started as a Fantomas adaptation at first until they changed the names and it kinda shows because it has almost nothing to do with the book and the 65 miniserie Belphegor apart for his design.

The show is pretty good but was never released in physical and unfortunately never dubbed in others languages. Thankfully all the episodes are on Youtube so, if you understand French, go for it. Here the intro in question if you're interested.
