What is the most violent piece of media you've ever seen?

As the title states, what're some pieces of media where the violence levels is straight up off the charts? Whether it be comedic or serious doesn't matter.

Genndy Tartakovsky's Primal. After getting a taste for more explicit violence in Samurai Jack season 5, Genndy decided to go all out with Primal. Just about every episode of the show has some level of horrible violence and bloodshed. Episode 5 ends with a hulked out Spear tearing the ape men to shreds in one of the most violent sequences put to animation. Episode 7 has the giant zombie sauropod and the disgusting shit that happens to it. All of the Night Feeder's victims in episode 9 basically explode for a lack of a better term, with their corpses on full display. And those are just some of the more notable examples.

For a more comedic angle, Madness Combat. While there is some genuinely disturbing shit in the series, a lot of the violence comes off as plain goofy. Whether it be ripping people apart with your bare hands like they were made of paper, Avenger having a mook's blood spray flooding an entire room, or other such insanity.
