The Red Queen

So I just rewatched The White Queen and I know it's based on 3 books The Red Queen and The Kingmaker Daughter. I read the White Queen and I did enjoy it ( yes I understand the historical inaccuracy). I am thinking of reading The Red Queen, but please tell me is Margaret Beaufort at all sympathic and she shuts up about God's will? Because I don't think I could read a whole book filled with her crying and praying. Is the book worth it?
