TikTok Live Promotion question

One of my friends applied to some kind of promotion on my live the other night. It was my first live. I accepted it after the stream ended. I’m still not sure what it is, but it was through TT. Can this affect my account negatively? I’m worried that TT will think because I did it once that it will actively hinder my reach because “hey, they’ve got money to promote it again, why would we push it organically on the FYP”. I know this used to be a thing with FB and IG. Any advice? Should I let the promotion happen next time I go live, or cancel it?
