Strange microfreeze every 30seconds or 5 mins

Hey ya all, any of you experiencing a microfreeze every 30 seconds to 5 mins. It's running butter smooth the whole time, then just his jarring freeze and resume after 0.5 seconds.

System specs:
5800X3D with PBO enabled and CO at -30
RTX 4090
32 GB 3600mhz DDR 4 ram

Game installed on a pcie 4.0 nvme at 7GB/s read and write.
