Anyone gotten the “Rival” achievement yet?

Has anyone successfully gotten the “Rival” achievement? I didn’t get it even though Brenda and I are definitely not on good terms, and even though I did choose Eamon as my trial spouse. 😅

How do you get it? Do you need to have the bar full on the left side?
