Star Player/Wonderkid J2/3 league

Currently second of J3-League (3rd Japanese league), with 4-5matches left.

My scouts really suck, with my club and managerial reputation (0,5), I can't get any of the good scouts available.

Couldn't upgrade my squad during winter window, since no big players were scouted/were willing to join. So went and upgrade the depth of my roster.

Now I was wondering if anybody who played through the japanese leagues, knew really talented players or wonder kids who'd be keen to join a new J2 League club, if I get through the promotions

I am also looking for 1-2 star player. Let my star player go during winter window since he was willing/forcing to leave and didn't want to burn the dressing room mood. My other star got injured for 3 months. Since I lost the two of them, my team has been lowering it's level. Really good xG per match (2+) lots of shots (15+) but really few goals
