Rare Paints which are not in the catalog

Some people have colors that aren't in the catalog. How do they get them?

I know you can get basic paints from rewards and one Twitch Vilot from Twitch drops, but I've seen people with variations of Green and Blue that aren't available in the paint catalog.

Are there more ways to get paint that I don't know of?
