Need Advice

after my exams i went to play basketball, once we went and sat down. one of my seniors who is a year older than me came upto me and said that i play great and blah blah then he asked for my insta id. he said he wanted to know me more but i wasnt interested at all and i said i'll think abt it and tell you(like wt is wrong with me but ok) im having second thoughts tht i shouldve just either gave my id or told him i wasnt interested. wt should i do😭
