How to not take people words on Heart

I get very frustrated When I think that somebody said this to me I literally take it on my heart sometimes I feel like killing them will give me sukun ( ofcoursely imagination ) I am sane I am getting bullied in college So in the first days when I met some guys in my class I thought they can be my friends after 1 or 2weeks they started to maintain distance from me and now also use words which hurts me I mean if you don't like me please leave me alone why are you hurting me They are very rude to me Even if I try to make contact they ignore me like I don't exist Once I tried to do a handshake and this guy just said hi by waving his hand I mean handshake is a friendly gesture common in boys
