Female teachers with young children at home… how are you doing it?

I have a 3.5 year old, 11 month old, and 12 year old stepchild (who is with us 50% of the time). I was lucky enough to stay home with our 11 month old from birth to 8 months. I switched to a new school. Working full time as an elementary school teacher while having my own young children at home I am drowning. I am so exhausted. I am so burnt out. I’m applying for other jobs but there’s barely time for me to shower let alone look for jobs. I’m vocal with my spouse how much I’m struggling. I wish desperately we could live off one income. Sigh. I’ll keep looking but my mental health is crumbling

Edit: I apparently can’t edit the title so I apologize for putting female teachers. I more meant the parent in the preferred parent role who is also a teacher. Sorry sometimes (all the time) my brain is too fried to think correctly
