PayPal refund

I just had two PayPal gift cards refunded (£5 each)

It seems my PayPal has been unlinked, I go to relink it and upon my return to swagbucks I get a red error message.

I've never had a single similar issue in years of using swagbucks. I know there was a similar issue lately but is anyone else getting this problem today?
