Swagbucks support has ghosted me
I have been a Swagbucks member for maybe 6 months now and have done mainly game offers. 4-5 of them so far and the first few tracked correctly.
I recently did Monopoly GO and nothing was tracking other than the install of the game. Because it's so difficult to reach the higher levels, I raised a ticket at board 12. Swagbucks support was great and I got credited instantly.
So then I went ahead and completed all the offers till board 101. Nothing tracked but I had trust in Swagbucks support. I tried opening a new ticket but it kept redirecting me to the old one I had opened. So I just replied to that and reopened it.
1 month later and still no response from Swagbucks. I have replied on the ticket like 5 times over the month to get their attention. I see the "last activity" on the ticket change that indicates that someone looked at it. But I have been completely ghosted! I am owed $120 which is not a small amount and now I don't know what else to do.
Here I am to vent. If anyone has suggestions, please provide them. Otherwise I just needed a shoulder to cry on!
(PS: I am now doing Alice Mergeland and nothing is tracking again - I am in fear of opening another ticket lol)
