New to supplements - suggestions?
This is what I’ve gotten so far, I’m new to supplements. After not getting much help from the doctor with fatigue and joint pain that I’ve struggled with since childhood. I saw some of Julie Gibson Clark’s recommendations for longevity, though I am unable to afford the entire stack she recommends. I have Collagen Peptides, Omega-3 fish oil, a women’s multivitamin, and magnesium glycinate. I plan on adding magnesium taurate as well. I am open to suggestions/changes that I might need to make, I have gotten blood tests that show I have inflammation, my ESR rate is 44, and my most recent CRP was .40. My ESR rate has continued to increase over time. I’m wanting to lower the inflammation in my body-I avoid added sugars, seed oils and ultra processed foods as much as possible. I’m also trying to increase activity, and have begun a yoga class.
