Structural Steel Detailer

Morning Everyone,

I recently graduated from college in Ontario with a degree in Structural Steel Management and Detailing. I'm having a hard time finding a full-time opportunity as a Structural Steel Detailer at any level. I know Tekla, Revit, AutoCad, and I have 10 years of site experience in the oil and gas industry. I have failed nearly 5-6 interviews, mainly due to soft skills. Does anyone know who is hiring? What would be your recommendations for me? Thank you in advance for feedback.
