Will there be deep space travel?

My question is will there be deep space travel. From what I saw in the trailer it seems like the space travel will be limited to just outside the planets atmosphere so you can have dogfights and go to space ports. If so that’s a huge disappointment. The best thing about Bethesda games is stumbling on to things and getting sidetracked. I don’t want to be locked in a map menu fast traveling everywhere. Also what would be the point of making a crew and building your own ship if you’re just going to be fast traveling the whole time with the exception of a dogfight here and there. Couldn’t they have had “deep space travel” that was actually just your character in a loading area (like how elevators sometimes work) and then just load in the planet. Would’ve allowed for the feeling of deep space travel and seemless landing
