For those missing ultimate edition pre-order codes.

This is how I managed to get my missing code. Go to the Bandai Namco store and scroll to the bottom click on contact us. You will need to make an account. Open a ticket then upload your game receipt.(You can upload from my account, just click your profile icon in the top right corner.) After that start a live chat and they will help you with the rest.

The only issue I had was the live chat is very buggy and ended up freezing, I had to keep turning desktop mode on and off in-order to get messages to load. I hope this helps.
