Best Buy - Pre Order Bonus

Hey everyone,

I ordered my ultimate edition from Best Buy. After being on support with them they said only Bandai can fix this issue. Reached out to Bandai support and submitted a case after creating an account. They replied back with an ask for proof of purchase and that they’ll get things sorted out and are sorry. I’m assuming this is the best way to go about getting the pre-order bonus if you ordered from Best Buy as I haven’t received any additinal emails with a code. I’ll provide an update in the comments when I hear back.
