How to get preorder bonus?

I pre-ordered the ultimate edition of sparking zero from Best Buy and picked it up today. I can’t figure out how to access my pre-order bonus that I’m supposed to get for pre-ordering the game. I know it applies to the physical edition too, but I can’t figure it out
