Sonic 3 (Review) the second the certified fresh film adaptation since Werewolf Within
I watched the film, it's so good, the best of trilogy and the best of the year. THIS IS NOT OVERATTED
they nailed almost all characters (I don't like how they portrayed Gerald, i wish he will have more complexility) Sonic is grown up, Tails has a good scene, Knuckles is screen stealer, Shadow and Eggman is MVP, this movie is their, we explored more loneliness between Eggman and Shadow, by the way they didn't left Tom and Maddie (my favorite human characters) out of field, their role is more impact than previous film and i want to see more of them in the future.
Maria is so good, happy to have Furiosa as Maria, Alyla Browne could get more nomination for her credit acting.
Wade and Rockwell didn't do much in this film, it's so dissappointed but it's understand that Rockwell will be more involved in the future universe for Shadow's story
Wade, why you made him a story in tv series.
when you were only comic relief plot device cameoin this film, Kristen's just there, yes just building Topaz (Sonic X) in cinematic universe, maybe she and Wade could be lover like Tanaka and Topaz (Sonic X human couple) in the future.
James and Tika gave us more heartwarming Tom and Maddie, even their role didn't give a room much for performance.
Jim and Lee gave us the most emotional path of their characters, that i didn't expected from these characters, I cried, STOBOTNIK wining and losingin this film.
Keanu Reeve acting is not breathtaking, he might stiff in some scene (Don't hurt me), but it's still good, better than his role in Cyberpunk that he's more stiff, I guess it's his method to show how stonic shadow is in this film and he got passed when the film is going.
Collen was so good for her role like video game, Ben and Idis has a nice moment that show how deep their character are, their range is so crazy.
Music, improved from two films with more game-influence, JUNKIEXXL killed it.
CGI is great for 122M budget, can't believe they can't manage that without draining 200M budget.
