Help me find the full picture

I can't for the love of me find the full picture, I've checked the Alpha stuff vk several times through. I've tried Yandex reverse image search. I tried to find it where I got it originally, which was from demych GB on a post about the j-tech MK2. And all this without any results . Please help me
