Moderate games locked on moderate maturity account

I made a parental account, and changed my daughter’s account to moderate maturity level to access a pretty mild game that she loves, but after trying multiple things like logging out and back in, restarting the device, changing the setting back to mild then back to moderate, etc, the “moderate” labelled game still has her locked out.. Any ideas on how to get it to work?
