Roblox Voice Chat Not Supported in Algeria

I wanted to enable voice chat for my Roblox account, its 13+ and has a verfied Email, and theres no option for Phone Number in the settings, even though its in the settings for all other accounts, and a friend of mine somehow got to put their number, but unfortunately theres almost all countries numbers, but Algeria, so you cant enable VC in Roblox if youre in Algeria, thats really sad.

Fix this as quick as possible please, or any tips?
