Virus in Rhodes

Hi, I have seen quite a few posts about the ongoing virus and that makes me worried. I am supposed to leave for Rhodes on 1st of September and will be staying in Charaki. However, I do have a phobia for vomiting and viruses, so getting infected with something like that would probably make me go insane. What would you advise me, what is the actual situation like? Thanks in advance..
