INTELLIGENCE TAIL LIGHT by ROCKBROS

I have an issue with this tail light I bought from shopee made by Rockbros

Namamatay sya pag naalog lalo na pag gamit ko na sa saddle mount

Oo meron syang feature na auto off, pero yung features na yun ay dapat meron mag flash na green light pero eto wala tapos meron syang ingay kasi naalog yung nasa loob. Is this an issue? Already filed an return refund from shopee
