[META] Looking for Additional Moderators! + State of the Subreddit Discussion

Hello r/ProjectSekai!

We recently passed 50k subreddit members! Unfortunately, it has been abundantly clear that the current number of active moderators is not enough for our growing subreddit. We would love for more members of the community to join our moderation team! If interested, please fill out this Google form. Previous experience is welcome, but not necessary. In particular, we are looking for those who not only can help manage the subreddit, but can also provide ideas to improve it.

The form will close approximately two weeks from now, on January 23th, 2023, 00:00 JST (GMT+9).

Additionally, if anyone has experience in configuring the AutoMod or creating a custom Reddit bot, please reach out! In particular, we would like to automate the weekly question thread and automatically remind users via comment on "Question"-flaired posts to first use the pinned question thread.

I'd also like to take this opportunity to invite comments/suggestions regarding the subreddit in the comment section. Feel free to discuss anything about your experience in this subreddit, whether it be positive or negative.
