Which President goes up in your ranking the most, if you could remove just one thing about their term?

Does LBJ shoot up 20 spots in your list if Vietnam wasn't escalated? Does Jackson rise if he doesn't sign the Indian Removal Act? Does Pierce's stance improve without the Kansas-Nebraska act? Let's hear it!

My personal one would be Nixon. I don't rate him terribly high at all, but he would likely rise a fair bit without the War on Drugs and the lasting consequences that has had, especially in regards to it's blatantly racist intent.
