Toilet Water Supply How-To

This is probably really stupid, but I am trying to replace these supply lines in my home and I went to Lowe’s and got overwhelmed by the amount of materials and types of plumbing. What do I need to replace this pipe going from the wall to the toilet?

I understand I need to cut water to the house prior to replacing.
