Lower bleph or tear trough filler?

I can’t tell if my dark under eyes are caused by fat bags, hollowing or just thin skin causing my veins to show.

Should I get fillers or a lower bleph? Or a fat graft? What’s the difference between a lower bleph and fat graft? There is a clinic in my city that does a minimally invasive blepharoplasty with nice before and after results, one of which I’ve pictured in the third slide
