200 cal 25gram of protein soup

Hey guys I was inspired by that previous bone broth and dumpling post and tried to make my own version with leftover chicken breast.

1 cup of chicken bone broth 1/2 cup of water 62 grams of cut up leftover chicken breast 1 cup of arugula (I’d recommend another veg) Cut up ginger

My Fitbit is telling me this is 25grams of protein and 166 cals. I think I’m make a version of this on days where I’m going out later and need to bank cals or want to stay under my cal goal for the day.
