My breasts are still sore after period. Has anyone faced it?

I am 20. I have never had sex or something, so I am definitely not pregnant . I also checked on condition of breasts, they are like always, but just in pain like before period . I have exams and also started eating very unhealthy because of the stress. Can it be the reason ? Has anyone had the same situation? Update : I was overthinking and pain finished after few days after my period . During pms pain was too strong and during period itself , thus it (pain )was longer than usual . My pms feels very badly during stress and so on, so it was the reason. My last period was okay. I felt pain as always, but not as badly as it was that time
