Strange bugg - stuck in Act3

Im levelling a poisonous concoction pathfinder and was going through Act 3 and got stuck at the Matlan Waterways. Ive switched 75% of the levers from the first whole area but cant get to the next one because of terrain blockage in the forest. Explored every possible way I could run and even let my 2 friends see if they could find a way through but I’m really stuck. Tried to load a new instance but it seems since I’ve progressed in the zone I’m always loaded into the same layout with same levers turned.

Anyone have a good suggestion on how to solve this kinda strange problem ? I’ve cleared this area 6 times before and never had an issue through earlier characters.

EDIT: Solved the issue by running with someone else (who had the quest done) and got a new normal instance without the bugg. Hope it helps someone in the future
